Office Administrator - Full Training on our systems will be given.
Duties:
  • Telephone and email enquiries.
  • Creating and maintaining filing systems.
  • Using a variety of software packages, such as Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, Access, to produce correspondence and documents including invoicing.
  • Maintaining records and spreadsheets.
  • Photographing and scanning.
Skills required:
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Presentation skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to plan your own work, work on your own initiative and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to manage pressure, prioritise tasks and workload.
  • Oral and written communication skills.

  • Previous Jewellery Industry experience preferred.
Hours: This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.00am - 4.00pm.
Salary: Negotiable depending upon experience and skills.
Fully Qualified Jewellery Bench Worker
Skills required:
  • The ability to complete antique restorations.
  • The skill to undertake complicated rebuilds.
  • Be able to produce all forms of handmade clasps
  • Teamwork.
  • Reliability and honesty.
  • Flexibility and prioritisation of workload.
Hours: This is a full time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 7.00am - 4.00pm.
